My globally dominant client provides turnkey Information Management and BI technology solutions to some of the most recognisable organisations in the world. Whilst other organizations are contracting their sales force, my client has developed a great new initiative in talent development. They are seeking a hungry, motivated and career orientated sales professional to join them under a mentoring program that will align you with the best talent in their organization and provide you with the real secrets to their success.

This awesome career opportunity will provide the winning candidate a learning opportunity which is extremely rare and highly prized. You will work towards a full-blown BDM position over the first 12 - 18 months without the typically aggressive targets set for these positions. Although you will still chase KPI’s based on revenue objectives, this role will provide you a softer introduction into the high powered enterprise selling arena with a mentoring program that is unparallel and lower objectives to give you time to develop.

    * Base Salary of 120k Plus Super
    * Commission to an OTE of circa 150-160k

We need an upcoming IT sales professional ready to take the next big leap in their career. A background in Software or Hardware sales will be viewed favourably. It is essential that you have an IT solutions selling background with a vendor or professional services business. To be eligible for interview, you will have:

    * 3 – 5 years + in solutions sales
    * Demonstrated success in value-linking and demand creation
    * An understanding of Strategic Selling methodologies
    * Complex solutions sales experience and an understanding of software, hardware and professional services
    * Proven customer relationship skills with the ability to interface at the Executive⁄Director level
    * Experience creating needs and articulating capital expenditure plans and budgets
