The position…

 

Apply your business planning and project management skills to progress directorate, divisional and branch requirements and provide a high level of support to the Divisional Business Unit. You will lead and support projects, provide timely coordination of key corporate and financial processes and business improvement initiatives as well as research, analyse and prepare reports as required.

 

You will have…

    *
      Appropriate tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in business planning and management, with a good understanding of financial management principles;
    *
      Reputation of being a leader, consistently displaying integrity, courage, respect for self and others and striving for excellence;
    *
      Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate project teams, resolving and negotiating outcomes as required;
    *
      Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, manage and deliver multiple projects and complex reports with demanding timelines, competing priorities and changing deadlines, within budget and to a high quality standard;
    *
      Proven experience in influencing and establishing partnerships with managers and staff at all levels across the organisation, develop and manage productive relationships to promote successful business outcomes, and manage change;
    *
      Experience in performance management and measurement techniques, including benchmarking, process improvement, continuous improvement and risk management;
    *
      Proven ability to demonstrate leadership on projects and drive change, acting as a change agent in a complex environment.
