Personal Relationship Manager, Melbourne CBD

Specifically, this role is responsible for growing a portfolio of Retail Banking customers through acquisition and retention activities, and provision of excellent service, all whilst ensuring risk management practices are appropriately implemented by:

    * Introducing customers to innovative wealth management solutions, including lending and investment solutions
    * Proactively selling products and services
    * Generating and converting external referrals
    * Referring customers to appropriate specialists and other internal businesses as necessary
    * Growing the bank’s business by meeting individual and team service, sales, balance growth, and referral targets
    * Working with personal customers to deliver a differentiated service experience in all interactions and maintaining a quality approach to all sales, service, operational and risk management processes
    * Proactively contacting customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities and referrals to internal specialists
    * Developing a deep understanding of customer financial needs, objectives and risk appetite to offer innovative wealth management solutions
    * Advising customers about the selection of managed funds and other investment products, subject to and in accordance with the licensing conditions and prescribed business rules

To be successful for this role you will have experience in a sales and/or customer relationship management role, success in growing the value of a portfolio, and the ability to achieve specific sales and service targets. You will be FSRA Tier 2 accredited as well as boasting an extensive knowledge of bank products and financial services products and services. Ideally you will degree qualified in a business or commerce related field.

If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, outstanding sales management skills, good PC proficiency, and the ability to handle high pressure situations unsupervised, then this may be the role for you.
